Returns Process

Return options for England, Wales & Scotland:

Evri Parcel Shop

Attach the label in your parcel and take it to your nearest Evri parcel shop. Evri will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the progress of your return.

Evri Courier Collection

Attach the label in your parcel and arrange for Evri to pick up your return here. Evri will collect your return from your chosen address and provide you with a receipt, which you can use to track the progress of your return.

Royal Mail

Register your return in the Royal Mail Return Portal and select the brand your items are from, not H&M. You will receive an email including two free labelling options. 
1. QR code - show the code on your mobile phone, and a label will then be printed for you in the Post Office.
2. PDF label - print the label at home and fix it to your parcel.
Visit your nearest Post Office to drop off your parcel. Royal Mail will provide you with a postage receipt where you can track the parcel’s progress.

Return options for Northern Ireland:

UPS drop-off

Take your parcel to your nearest UPS Access Point. UPS will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.​

UPS home collection 

Arrange for UPS to pick up your return by clicking here. Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.​
